Responsibilities:
1. Understand and execute test plans, test procedures, and validation activities as per project requirements.
2. Coordinate with the design and development teams to understand machine testing and product validation requirements.
3. Conduct machine and module testing under different operating and working conditions as per defined test procedures.
4. Support the Lead Test Center Engineer in planning and conducting Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT).
5. Prepare testing setups, tools, fixtures, and equipment required for machine trials and validation activities.
6. Record test results accurately, identify deviations, and report test findings to the concerned team.
7. Support the analysis of test failures and assist in identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
8. Ensure all testing activities are carried out in accordance with engineering standards, customer requirements, safety guidelines, and approved procedures.
9. Maintain testing equipment, tools, and instruments in good working condition and support periodic calibration activities.
10. Maintain the trial lab and test center in an organized, safe, and ready-to-use condition.
11. Maintain testing records, machine-wise test reports, validation documents, and other required technical documentation.
12. Support the preparation of training materials, videos, and documents and assist in updating relevant content in the LMS.
13. Assist in conducting machine-wise and module-wise training for assembly staff and service engineers through presentations and practical demonstrations.
14.Support the Lead Test Center Engineer in coordinating with customers during test center activities, FAT, SAT, and testing schedules.
15. Participate in customer closing meetings, record Minutes of Meeting (MoM), and support the collection of customer feedback.
